Thank you for your response! I thought the issue was with the z axis and I couldn’t find anything. I googled “lulzbot mini level x carriage” and found this article: https://ohai.lulzbot.com/project/leveling-x-axis/maintenance-repairs/
This worked out and the print nozzle now touches all four washers. Success!
