Lulzbot Taz 6 - Wavy support prints

Greetings Makers,

I recently have been noticing some odd issues with my supports when printing. They seem to get really wavy, I did some test prints with the pillars and they seemed fine minus some minor stringing. Does any super smart person here have any idea what would cause this?

My prints overall have been having some minor warping to boot too.

Do you have an enclosure for your printer?

Yeah, I got that tent one. It doesn’t seem to reach the surface of the table so I had to shore up the sides. So it could be a temperature change issue?

Looks to me as if the supports aren’t cooled down enough to support the weight above it. Perhaps it’s too hot in the box? Is the cooling fan on during your print? Have tried this print outside the box?

I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten straight supports. Here’s a print a did that was all on supports and there was some warping but it was dimensionally accurate. Looking at your settings I would turn the fan off and try that.
