Make Magazine TAZ 6 Review

Hi All,

As I’ve mentioned in a couple of my other posts, I’m a recent LulzBot convert and use a TAZ 6 at work and a MINI at home. Just got my copy of Make Magazine’s annual desktop fabrication guide. It was actually last year’s review of the TAZ 5 that led me to find out about LulzBot printers.

I was a little surprised that the 6 didn’t score higher, but what I really was confused about what that it “failed” in the “support material” category? Any clarifications of what that’s all about? It’s strange, in the paragraph write up they didn’t really mention anything at all about why any of the scores were given. I would’ve expected a complete “fail” to have some sort of explanation?
