I was thinking of a plastic PEI bed at .57mm thick or more thick made from one of those 3DPrinters that 3DPrinting Ultem & PEI or even a injection mold
Just be open & try it out if it works it’s then be sure to make sure lulzbot tells it because it can bring down the price of a lulzbot
