Suspended models

Hey all

I am trying to print a suspended star wars model. I am slicing with Cura 4.13.10. And I am choosing “enable bridging” but when i slice none of the bridging filament shows up in the slice. You can see it internally in the model it self but is does not show up between the model parts. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I have not changed any of the bridge setting from the default

as you can see you can see the gray lines from the model but they don’t show up as printed lines at all.

The suspension lines are probably too thin. A .5mm nozzle isn’t technically capable of forming a single line thinner than .5mm. Forcing the print thin walls option might help.

I just measured, the lines are just .4mm thick, so Cura will ignore those lines by default.
