TAZ3 upgrade

I bought a TAZ3 about 4 years ago. I have not used it in about 3 years but am now wanting to start using my 3D printer again. I no longer have the old computer with all the installed software for the TAZ3. What is the easiest way to download all the old software that will work for the TAZ3 as if I was starting completely over? Or is there an easy way to upgrade the TAZ3 to a later model that will work with the latest downloads?

When the Taz 3 was released we were using Slic3r as our printing software, you can get both the software and the needed firmware from here: http://download.lulzbot.com/TAZ/3.0/software/current/
You can find the Taz 3 Manual to help walk you through getting that all back up and running here: http://download.lulzbot.com/TAZ/3.0/documentation/current/
Or you could upgrade the printer to a Taz 5 which would allow it to be compatible with not just our newest software but also our newest toolheads. I don’t know if I would call it easy but we do have a guide that would walk you through doing so if you were interested in performing the upgrade to a Taz 5 https://ohai.lulzbot.com/project/taz3-hexagon-toolhead/accessories/

The fan kit is a nice upgrade that will have a big impact on some types of prints. A big upgrade for a TAZ 3 would be TAZ 4 drive screws and couplers. That will also improve bed leveling, if you add that later. We have been using various types of PEI and really like it. Today we received new PEI sheets/stickers designed to our specs, with the adhesive we want, in both Mini and TAZ size. It works very well. We will likely carry it in our store, but that is still a ways out
