Tool head chatter on the back right corner of the print.

Hello,

I’ve had the Mini for about a month now, and noticed today that with larger prints, the toolhead is crashing into the back right side of my prints, resulting in minor distortion around that area (i.e. cracked section in HIPS and distorted sections with PLA).

Here is the youtube video: Notice the loud chatter sound at 00:02 and 00:24, as the toolhead works around the back right side of the part:

Any suggestions or tips? Thanks in advance!

I suspect that you are running into thermal warping. Is the right rear portion of the print separating from the bed? Have you cleaned the bed with acetone recently?
