That was an intentional design choice. There are ways to un-design it though. Adhesive furniture sliders work well, or a longer m3 cap head bolt and some washer s under the flexy feet.
I was told it was to have it sitting on only the main frame and leave the print table to basically float to keep it from being shifted by contact from the surface of whatever the printer is placed on. Or at least as much as possible to keep it from touching.
