Hi Lulzbot Support,
I am having some auto leveling issues on my Lulzbot taz pro. When the printer goes through the auto leveling process it is pressing too hard on the washer and sometimes missing the washer completely. I also noticed this wire that is not connected to the printer hanging loose. I imagine this is something that needs to be reconnected, but I am not quite sure if this is related to the auto leveling problem I am having. I have added photos for reference. Please assist.
