Bed was not heating on TAZ 5

The bed on a TAZ 5 was not heating so I checked continuity and connections all the way back to the board. I found that one of the plugs connecting the bed harness to the RAMBO board was fried. I pulled it off and replaced it and all is working fine. Should I be concerned that this burned up and should I look anywhere else for the cause?

A loose or corroded connector will generate heat, which will then cause more corrosion. I suspect that replacing the connector will correct the problem. If you have access to another heated bed, you could compare resistance.

Those connectors all fail. Lulzbot has a new harness that eliminates the connector and takes the wires to the board directly.
