Can't slow down enough

I have a LulzBot Mini, printing with VillagePlastics PLA. I need to print a spherical object and need help setting the more expert settings such that the speed slows down enough to print and cool each layer without collapsing. No matter what I set it seems to go at the same exact speed. What’s happening here?

There is an option in Expert Settings that is “minimum speed.” Chances are, this is preventing you from further slowing down the print. You will want to drop this to something very small like 0.5 and it may help get you fixed up.
