Hello, I’m trying to use a Lulzbot Taz Workhorse HE 0.5mm to print out some trophies, but they keep failing partway through because nozzle clogs. After seeing that the connecting areas between the infill and the outer walls looked melted, I checked the layer view of my model. What I found is that when the slicer tries to deal with the sloped outer walls, it tries to connect it with the infill via a super thin wall:
This super thin wall doesn’t seem necessary, and just ends up creating a clog. Does anyone know any way to fix this?
