Printhead settings in CuraLE Version 4.13.1 hotend are -X 20 min and -Y10 min and fails to complete its probing sequence.
I have tried to change the sign to a positive but was unsuccessful.
Printhead settings in CuraLE Version 3.6.40 hotend are X 20 min and Y 10 min and when in use the printer probes successfully.
Appreciate any advice.

Are you using the BLTouch probe or corner washer probe?

The bed has corner washers in its probing arrangement.
It is short on the probing of the x, y axes points by the amount shown in the in the negative printhead hotend settings. i.e. X min -20 mm and the Y Min -10 mm, in the above Version firmware.

In the previous Version 3.6.40 there are no negative printhead hotend settings. i.e. X min 20 mm and the Y Min 10 mm and printer performs normally.

I would appreciate if could advise me on how to remove these negatives from the g-code.

Try to copy over the startup GCODE from 3.6.40 into 4.13. Cura LE 3.6 used the same 2.0.1.9.13 firmware, so there should be no issues with incompatibility.

The problem has been solved through your kind advice and is very much appreciated.
However, I am still unsure of where the error lies in the starting g-code.
I am now using CuraLE 4.13.2 very satisfactory
