This is not my day.
I had a small chip in the corner and it created a crack that split my glass right down the middle from that corner when I heated up the bed.
Is there a way to get the silicone bed heater off the glass and just replace the glass?

You may be able to peel off the original silicone heater, but it may be damaged during the process. If the glass is still level and relatively intact you can lay another borosilicate glass bed directly over the original one.
