HIPS Filament issue

Hi

I’ve encountered an issue with one of my filament spools…
Prints just don’t come out right anymore and I’m not sure why:

Both are printed on the same Lulzbot mini with the same settings and both are HIPS, but as you can see the grey one just doesn’t print well anymore.

Any ideas as to why this happens? All my plastic has been stored in the same place…

Moist HIPS can have a bad surface texture. Wet HIPS makes a sizzling sound while printing.
