Taz 4 Replacement Parts

Before something wears out, I wanted to print the replacement parts and have them ready.

But, what parts wear out first? Which should I prioritize?

This has been my experience:

Small gear, Large Gear, 2 Idler arms, and potentially an extruder body. In my experiance the idler arm is the fastest wearing and most prone to failure part, but failure is by no means common.

On an older TAZ the spring assemblies can aslo split, but if you have a 4, you should not need to worry about that.

I only see one idler, and the extruder mount isn’t even a STL (gcode for .5 nozzle when I have a .35 nozzle).

Am I just looking in the wrong place for the files?

We sometimes use two different nozzle diameters (0.35mm for some parts, 0.5mm for others) so we have the other parts/models in this directory: http://download.lulzbot.com/TAZ/4.0/production_parts/printed_parts/AO_printers/jonaskuehling_gregs_wade_ao/
