I am trying to run this printer for the first time. My printhead keeps crashing into the build plate and I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. I believe the issues is with selecting the tool head, I selected Pro Dual 0.5mm in the slicer but am not sure which to select on the TAZ printer itself.

It looks like you have the wrong firmware on your printer.
You have the TAZ Pro Dual Extruder Tool Head installed, but you have the Universal Single Extruder Tool Head firmware installed on your printer.
You will need to correct printer/Tool Head set up in your Cura software and once confirmed you have that set up, flash firmware through Cura to the printer.
It also looks like you have the flex bed installed, so do know that you will need to adjust your z-offset before your first print to avoid the nozzle scraping into the print surface.
