Weirdest Z home failure yet (SOLVED, but still an issue)

So I recently modified my Taz 6 with a Biqu H2 toolhead (thanks to Wrathernaut for the assistance) and i have necountered a rather peculiar issue. kinda…

So i was doing test prints and everything seemed fine, until it wouldn;t Z-home which i had issues with before, and after a bunch of trial and error of past issues i come to this conclusion.

My brass nozzle has lost conductivity.

IDFK how but whenevver i level, every other nozzle i use (leftover e3d volcanoes which i cant use for printing) they home z fine, creat a direct link from the NOZZLE with the brass one, with a pair of mulimeters, works fine, same goes for pressing the button with my finger and anything else, but for whatever reason that specific nozzle if it makes contact doesn’t work. and it is not covered in a film of plastic, i have heated it to 230C and use a fine wire bruss to resurface the nozzle slightly (i turned the printer off after heating took the nozzle out and then brushed it) and even after resurfacing the threads and nozzle tip it still fails, I’m ordering a bulk lot of hardened steel nozzles later today since i need extras anyways but I just wanted to share my peculiar findings.
