I Routinely print ABS At 250C in my ambient ghetto print enclosure (a small upgrade from a cardboard box). I had awful delam and splitting until 240C and only after raising it further to 250 did i get the part strength i needed. If you cannot raise your temp due to a hotend limitation you must slow your print down and or use smaller layer heights ( I would try .23 or less to allow for more heat applied to each subsequent layer from the nozzle.)
Also Try Setting your bed temp to 110 and letting the ambient temp rise in your box for ~ 30min prior to starting your print. Once your first layer is complete lower your bed temp to normal temperatures. Without letting the ambient temperature rise prior to starting your print your box is only preventing drafts from damaging the print.

If you have lifting issues as well I would recomend Kapton tape. I only print on kapton tape without any slurry or other magical mixture and my parts stay put using only a 4-12mm brim. Routinely cleaning of the tape with rubbing alcohol every 4-5 prints helps adhesion as well in case dust is a concern.
