Won't connect to printer

Haven’t used the Lulzbot Mini for a couple of years and pulled it out of mothballs for a project but it wouldn’t connect.

Uploaded the latest software and firmware. Firmware appeared to take but still no joy. checked firmware again and still needed doing.

Tried numerous legacy software iterations and board-rates, and both mac pro and windows machines, both with the latest software… again no joy.

Any help would be appreciated.

Both Windows and Mac, interesting.
What version does the Mini have running on it now?

Sorry for the delay, looks like things got a little heated in my absence.

I haven’t got my LT to hand but from memory It’s
running 3.6.4, definitely the very iteration of 3.6

I’ve also tried the current version (along with about 4 different versions of 3…)

Definitely drop the support folks an email - they are very good.
