Power off after printing

SideKick 747
Is there a command that I could add to the end of gcode to power off the machine?

Correct me if you’re a expert at Lulzbot if I’m wrong but once the bed automatically moves forward you can turn it off otherwise if your not 3DPrintiny you should not need more then 15 minutes

Thank You.

I am looking for the machine to automatically turn off after the build plate moves forward. Maybe something that could be added to the gcode.

I use the TP-Link plugin which I think can power off the machine after a print is completed. I haven’t used it that way myself but I believe it can. This is used with a smart plug to turn the printer on and off.

If the printer firmware supports it, the M81 Power Off command (M80 is Power On).

I’m guessing that the firmware won’t have support for those commands. If the printer is connected via USB, then there may be other solutions available.

My TAZ6 is plugged into a Smart Plug and is connected to a Raspberry Pi running OctoPi / OctoPrint. I use the TP-Link plugin referenced by @iguanaman to turn the printer’s power on and off.

Tell is more about how you connect to and use your printer and we may be able to suggest other solutions.

I use the sdcard for file transfer from the cura LuzBot slicer.

That’s why I check on my prints every 15 minutes
