Just replaced my old extruded on my lulzbot mini with the SE toolhead and when extruding the gears would slip making a clicking noise. See video here
I’ve tried taking it apart and reassembling but the same issues persists. Any suggestions?

It would appear that you have upgraded your printer’s firmware to 2.0.6.something. This is not a problem with your printer, it is an issue with the new firmware not setting the extruder motor current right and/or feeding filament too fast when loading. Fortunately it will not do that when printing and therefore it doesn’t have an effect on print quality. Let it click and finish loading, and it will feed fine when actually printing.

Have you updated your firmware? When swapping tool heads on the Mini 1 there is a separate configuration in the firmware for each tool head.
